What is included in a Fun Travel holiday package?
Every package includes a 2-way ferry ticket with seaport tax, a hotel with breakfast, transport with a driver, a tour leader and mineral water. Full Board packages also include meals and attraction tickets, and Batam & Bintan packages include the speedboat between the islands.
Can I depart from Singapore instead of Malaysia?
Yes. Package prices are based on departure from a Malaysian ferry terminal. Departing from a Singapore terminal is possible with an add-on price — ask our admin for the latest amount.
Are the holiday packages available for Indonesian residents?
Not at the moment. The holiday packages are designed for international travellers, mainly from Malaysia and Singapore. Vehicle rental is available for both international and local customers.
Can I rent a car without a driver?
No. All our cars are rented with a driver. Scooters (Honda ADV, Stylo and Scoopy) are self-drive.
What documents do I need to rent a scooter?
International guests need a passport, an International Driving Permit and their home-country licence. Local guests need an ID card (KTP) and a valid motorcycle licence (SIM C). Car rental comes with a driver, so no driving licence is needed.
How do I pay?
After confirming with our admin on WhatsApp, you can pay via QRIS or bank transfer to our official BCA or Mandiri account. Payments are only valid to the official accounts listed on this website.
How do I book?
Choose a package or vehicle, fill in your travel details and tap "Book via WhatsApp". A message with your details is prepared automatically for our admin, who will confirm availability and the final price.
